The Youth Services Committee is responsible for determining the program to serve the youth in the greater Williamsburg area. This support comes in two forms. First is in the classroom. Each year, Club members volunteer at area elementary schools. We work closely with students who may need a little help. We also get tested by exceptional students. KCCC also supports Read Across America Day. The day promotes reading for children. The National Education Association (NEA) was one of the main backers of this idea to have a special day to promote reading among the population and especially children.

The second way we serve youth is in the form of financial support by staffing or sponsoring sporting events. Each year we sponsor Middle School basketball, baseball softball volleyball, soccer, or field hockey tournaments. We help organize and administer these events. We have found these tournaments benefits many young people as they get to participate in  competitions they would not normally experience in school.  Funds to support these activities came from the Club's fund raising campaigns.
